The quality control procedure begins from the inspection of the brass rods and ingots were every delivered batch is joined by a raw material purity certificate analysis made by a certificated laboratory to prove that the material is conform to the European standards. At every turning and drilling operation are joined the specific gauges and periodic size tests are performed in respect of the UNI EN ISO9001:2008.
Every single casting and forging is tested against leaking after machining under pressure test. All polished components and bodies are visually checked against surface defects before chrome plating and handling is made by special boxes with foam separators to avoid any scratches or operation damages. Chrome plating thickness is periodically tested in the salty fog laboratory. Headworks and single lever cartridges are tested for resistance under pressure and temperature tests in the internal laboratory. After final assembling all products are tested against leaking under water or air pressure tests.
The internal bar code procedure which follows the production from the incoming order up to the final packaging step guarantees traceability of every single procedure from administration to manufacturing.
